At Threecubes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package with Care

  Place the items back in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
